The activities - Casa della gioventù Fondazione Don Enrico Selma Val Calanca

The Foundation Don Enrico per la gioventù  was founded in the 1970s by Enrico von Däniken with the objective of making available its facilities in Selma, in the Calanca valley, to young people but also to the less young.

The Calanca valley is an idyllic place for those that love nature, walks in the mountains and silence. The are many possibilities of trips to the nearby villages and particularly inspiring are the visits to the historical villages and the climb with the cableway to Braggio or Landarenca, villages suspended in the air,  where time seems to stand still. Marvellous is the panoramic view on the Mesolcina valley from Castaneda or Santa Maria in Calanca. The possibilities available to everyone are many and varied and we mention for example the sport fishing in Augio.

It is also possible to use the soccer/football field of the Foundation.
